Delete your account
You can delete your Luvkin account, and everything you own in it, at any time. Luvkin is provided by Luvero Limited.
- Open Luvkin and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account locks straight away.
Email privacy@luvkin.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm the request from the address on the account first, so nobody else can delete it. We reply within one month.
What is deleted
Everything you own: your documents and the details from them, statements and regular payments, plans, goals, household jobs, pensions, budgets, reminders, trusted people, feedback and your account itself. Records you shared with others stop being shared at once.
Your account is locked as soon as you ask, and erased 7 days later, unless you sign in and cancel before then. Deleted data can stay in our backups until they expire.
What is kept
- Security records of important actions are kept without your name or account, so they no longer identify you.
- Billing records, if you had a subscription, are kept for 6 years after the end of the accounting period they relate to, because company law requires it.
